Service Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Germantown

I'm a average customer and don't require anything special but was surprised by my experience today. I went in around 10:40 with no wait. 2 of the stylists were busy and the other which is the manager was sweeping up. That's fine until she went to fumbling through paperwork. I had been sitting 5 to 7 min by this time. She knew I was there and had acknowledged me when I walked in but apparently didn't want to work. First poor experience and hope it doesn't happen again!

Guy who cut my hair did great. I was the last customer to be taken and it was pass closing and it welcomed me and did a excellent job. Will definitely come back to see him
