I'm a average customer and don't require anything special but was surprised by my experience today. I went in around 10:40 with no wait. 2 of the stylists were busy and the other which is the manager was sweeping up. That's fine until she went to fumbling through paperwork. I had been sitting 5 to 7 min by this time. She knew I was there and had acknowledged me when I walked in but apparently didn't want to work. First poor experience and hope it doesn't happen again!

Went to the germantown, TN, store today. Olivia was my stylist. By far the best one i ever had. If u ever need a cut - go there and ask for Olivia. A super nice professional, did an amazing job!

I absolutely loved my stylist! She was very outgoing and did exactly what I asked! The atmosphere and TVs were also great! The mvp was the best part! I will definitely be back!
